These Terms govern your use of Laksh ("the App"), operated by Alpha Balde (entreprise individuelle / auto-entrepreneur), SIREN 944459106, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France ("we", "us"). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Laksh. The app is intended for adults (18+).
Laksh is an AI styling and wardrobe app: it digitizes your clothes, suggests outfits, helps you plan trips, complete your style, and send gifts. AI suggestions are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed to suit every need or occasion.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Your @username is your public identity; other personal details remain private by default. You must provide accurate information.
Paid plans (PRO) are sold through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the App before purchase.
The App may suggest products available on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases made through our links. Purchases are made directly with the retailer (e.g. Amazon) under their terms; we are not the seller and are not responsible for those products, prices, or deliveries.
Gifting connects users by @username; delivery is anonymous (Amazon Locker or hand-to-hand). You are responsible for the gifts you choose to send. We do not guarantee a recipient will accept or that a purchase will be completed.
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload (e.g. wardrobe images). You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the App's features (e.g. garment recognition and styling). Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share.
You agree not to misuse the App: no illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to disrupt the service or access other users' data.
The App, its design, branding, and content (excluding your uploads) are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
The App is provided "as is". AI styling and suggestions may be imperfect. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, or for third-party products purchased through affiliate links.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
